WellNatura Return Policy

At WellNatura, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not happy with your product, we are here to help.

Return Window:

You have 90 days from the date of delivery to return your item. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Important: Our 90 day guarantee starts for orders placed on the 13.03.2025 - All orders before that date have our standard 30 day guarantee.

Conditions for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

Return Shipping Costs:

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable, and they will not be deducted from your refund. You will need to arrange and pay for shipping directly.

Special Return Scenarios and Deductions

In certain situations, a 15% deduction will be applied to the refund amount:

 • Return to Sender due to customer refusal
 • Return to Sender due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
 • Incorrect size selection by the customer

Please note:
 • We do not offer size or color exchanges
 • If a refund is requested due to incorrect size or color selection, the 15% deduction applies

Why the 15% deduction applies:
This deduction covers shipping, handling, and operational costs incurred once an order is processed and shipped. These costs are charged to us by carriers and fulfilment partners and are non-refundable, even if the package is refused or returned. This policy allows us to maintain fair pricing and reliable service for all customers.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product, please contact us at info@wellnaturahealth.com, and we will guide you through the exchange process.
